Every since I started team driving the messed my app up as to where I can't send ANYTHING. The also put my codriver as primary on MY truck for some odd reason in which they don't even know. After the New Year I tried logging into the app and now I can't even log on anymore. It gives me an connection error. All I can say is, "IF IT AINT BROKE DONT BREAK IT". Sometimes things are ok the way they are. SMH a huge let down.

Is there a way the app needs to be updated or bug fixed cuz some of the options don’t work very inconvenient !! Always have to call dispatch about stuff that you could’ve did in the app

The app doesn’t even work you just download it and it stares at you. You can’t tap on anything nor use it.

Can somebody please explain to me why we have to put a password in every 20 minutes?

Crashes a lot can’t even open it now it just crash on start up please fix

The tab for pending paperwork isn’t on this version of the update. I can’t upload my pics properly

I got use to the app and using the QC for declining and accepting loads. Now this update comes and I don’t understand it a bit now. Plz put back way it was

Downloaded app so I could upload documents there is no place to go to upload documents this is frustrating

I loved using the app before it was so convenient. Now, after the most recent update, all I get is local whether and a black screen beneath.

This new update got everything messed up. You can’t see anything. I like the idea of making the background black but I can’t see my load info or anything. Fix it

I would love to use this app. I just watched the Pulse where we should update. My IOS version said it was up to date. I deleted the app and re-downloaded it to see if that would work. Not even a little bit. How does Panther expect us to use the app to upload paperwork when there isn’t even a document category for fuel receipts? Then when you try to crop an image you better have about 15 minutes per page because it is that bad. I will continue using the TRANSFLO app instead of the Panther app. I can get the paperwork submitted in a lot less time and with a lot less headache.

The app keeps crashing when I’m trying to get into it, then it takes forever to sign in and when you do the info is not up to date. I also noticed you can’t change your status and I just updated to this new version yesterday 01/15/2020. The old version wasn’t the best, but it worked.

WE NEED MORE LOADS! No app

Is there a way you can make it to where we can see load offer details through the app when they are sent to us. It’s just annoying when I’m at home or away from the van and get a load and dispatch doesn’t call right away. I have to run to my truck, turn it on, wait for the QC to load up, then wait longer for the load offer to come to it, a 15-20 minute process.

App is glitching when trying to change Status update. Very frustrating. Needs to be fixed ASAP.

You can do it by taking a picture of it crop it yourself and then put it in there I’ve done it many many times

The app on my iPhone 7 with the latest update doesn’t work and this update has not seemed to fix it. Never did get the screen showing the load offer as pictured. I sent all this information to dispatch to forward to IT. If app does work someone should contact us having trouble and see if it’s training or what.

The newest problem is I can't change my status with the app. When I attempt to, it always gives me a message "Changed Successfully", but then under board position, it still has my status as "Available". I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling, but that didn't fix it. It's not a problem as long as I'm near the truck so I can do it from the Qualcomm, but if I'm away from the truck, I'm going to have to call in to change my status.

Please fix asap . It looks like a great app but need some tweaks and bug fixes.

Still does not save password and you cannot crop the pictures. I still cannot figure out how to change availability status. I want update 1.1 back, it worked!

Just updated the new app. Its 11/2. Used the app 2 hours ago to accept load. Now after update wont even let me login. Made a bad update worse!!!!

Since the new update can't log in. Has a failure issue how can we turn paperwork in if the app isn't working

Since the new update on my iPhone I can't even get into the app now it's frustrating my load offers don't even show up so what good is this doing feeling frustrated

Just performed the update today and now getting error msg: "name resolution failure" at login

Really hate that my phone updated this on its own lost is the electronic POD you have to enter the pro number in with each scan which opens the door to wrong numbers being input. You can't see the load that you are on only load offers. The two most used buttons are the bol and pod they should be together. The only good thing I can see is that the pending paperwork so we can see if Panther did get all of the paperwork. Truckstop scaning is a better option.
